Can you imagine Hillary Clinton as the next Commander in Chief?
Clinton denies seeing 600 requests for extra security for Libya where Ambassador Stevens and three others died as well as 3 others injured. This is not political and is NOT in dispute for any reasonable person. It is Clinton’s word for word testimony.
You can view this only two ways. Either she is incompetent or she is lying. If 600 requests did not get enough attention to reach her then the staff she appointed was incompetent making her incompetent. If she is lying and it cannot be proven you know what that means. She was given Plausible Deniability. In other words it is a cover up. There is no third way to see this. Quote from the Wikipedia article linked to above:
Arguably, the key concept of plausible deniability is plausibility. It is fairly easy for a government official to issue a blanket denial of an action, and it is possible to destroy or cover up evidence after the fact, and this might be sufficient to avoid a criminal prosecution, for instance. However, the public might well disbelieve the denial, particularly if there is strong circumstantial evidence, or if the action is believed to be so unlikely that the only logical explanation is that the denial is false.
A personal note. I requested parachutes be sent several times for my aircrew flying missions over Haiti during the restoration of Jean-Bertrand Aristide to power in 1994. The request reached my Wing Commander each time. Each time it was denied. Long story short it almost cost him his first star as a General. When the after action report reached Air Force Special Operations Command Headquarters all Hell broke loose.
If a few requests for parachutes got a Full Bird Colonel reamed out and almost cost him a star then what should 600 requests cost Hillary? The Presidency? I think so. I’m not going to go into a litany of reasons Hillary should not be Commander in Chief. That alone is good enough for me.
Does anyone in their right mind think this kind of person should be Commander in Chief? Even if you think Trump is capable of the same things he is an unknown quantity. I give him the benefit of the doubt. On the other hand Clinton has a record and I am NOT impressed. It is time for ALL Veterans to unite behind Donald Trump.
