A few weeks ago I saw an ESPN headline: Former University of Pennsylvania swimmer Lia Thomas responds to critics: ‘Trans women competing in women’s sports does not threaten women’s sports’ Women athletes disagree. This weekend I caught the news that Fédération internationale de natation has essentially banned males from competing as females. The caveat is if a child transitions from male to female before age 12 they can compete. Still, questions linger. Below is an excerpt from the AP link:

When it comes to individual sports can’t transgenders compete for time, distance, etc in their own category? If it involves teams I don’t have a compromise.

I am not sure what you are talking about Jon. First, this was an international, not USA ruling. It has zero to do with the GOP. So, it looks like the international community has made a decision based on fairness. They come at it from all religions and no religions. It is simply fair or unfair. Your right, this ruling is from an international organization.
What I am referring to is the GOP’s war on LGBTQs and other Christian Law items. The GOP is doing their best to turn this country into a Theocracy. The latest is the SCOTUS Roe vs Wade decision.
Why do you consider it OK to impose Christian Law on everyone? Aren’t you one of those that scream about Sharia Law being imposed on people in this country? Why do you feel that you can impose your preferences on others?
