My Letter to the Supreme Court

Dear Chief Justice Roberts and other Justices of the Supreme Court,

I am a 71-year old United States citizen. The only other time in my life that I can remember our country in such internal turmoil and danger was during the mid-1960s and early 70s during the Viet Nam war.

In 1968, I and many other patriotic Americans, joined the U.S. Armed Forces. I served for 4 years, one of those years was near Da Nang in the Quang Nam province of then South Viet Nam. More than 58,000 Americans were killed in Viet Nam. During those years America was dangerously divided with rioting ,domestic terrorism and killings in our streets and universities.

Over 400,000 Americans were killed during WW II and more than 36,000 in the Korean war. Every U.S. service member was required to swear under oath that “I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic”. Every federal law enforcement officer and I believe every judge, justice and chief justice must also take this same or similar oath. I can’t get out of my mind that every one of those who were killed, wounded or served in war in places like Khe Sahn, Guadalcanal, Omaha Beach, the Chosin Reservoir or Bunker Hill, at that point of decision had to act in spite of their fear and self doubt.

Over these past few months I have been heart sick over what is happening to our country. I never dreamed that I would see so many people in positions of service, power and trust in our government and media violate and abuse that trust and in many cases commit fraud relating to one of the most important duties as an American – our right to vote.

I know that you are better informed than most Americans about the overwhelming and proven voter fraud during this Presidential and Congressional election.

I am pleading with you, regardless of the pressure you may be experiencing from powerful domestic and international forces, stand, remember your oath and do your duty, regardless of where the truth and facts lead, and protect our freedom.
