• Saved the Department of Defense hundreds of millions of dollars through the Air Force Suggestion Program.
• Co-produced and converted the Aircrew Life Support Management System (ALSMS) from DOS to Windows; program adopted Air Force-wide, then by all U.S. military branches and NASA. Became the lead cross-service instructor for the system.
• Authored the first Air Force technical manual published in HTML.
• Wrote the official position description for the Aircrew Life Support career field.
• Received numerous awards and completed multiple combat and contingency deployments.
