Tulsi Gabbard – Quiet Skies?

Tulsi Gabbard, once a beacon of hope for those who believed in a less hawkish foreign policy, found herself in the crosshairs of the TSA’s “Quiet Skies” program. This isn’t your average watchlist; it’s like being put on a list for people who might just decide to take over an airplane with their mind, or perhaps with their overly persuasive political rhetoric.

Whistleblowers from the Federal Air Marshal Service, who I’m sure were just trying to make their day job a bit more interesting, revealed that Gabbard was being monitored. This came to light around August 2024, right after she had a go at Kamala Harris on national TV, suggesting Harris might not be the best choice for President due to her cozy relationship with the military-industrial complex & socialist agenda.

• The Surveillance: Gabbard’s travel turned into something out of a spy movie, with air marshals on her flights, and her boarding passes marked with the “SSSS” (which, in airport lingo, might as well stand for “Super Secret Suspicious Soul”). This meant she was in for some “random” searches that were anything but random.
• Political Retaliation or Security Concern?: The timing was suspect, leading many to speculate this was political retaliation. Gabbard herself pointed out the irony of serving in the military to fight terrorism, only to be labeled a potential domestic terrorist by her own government.
• Public Outcry: This didn’t sit well with many, including some Hawaii lawmakers who demanded answers, essentially saying, “Hey, this is America, not some dystopian novel where we label our veterans and political opponents as threats!”
• TSA’s Response: The TSA, in true bureaucratic fashion, neither confirmed nor denied Gabbard’s inclusion in the program, but did mention that being on such a list doesn’t always mean you’re a bad person. Just, you know, potentially someone who might decide to take a plane on a scenic detour.

Quiet Skies is meant to monitor individuals who may pose a threat during air travel – not someone like Gabbard who has dedicated her life to serving her country. That is what Trump was saying when it came to the deep state coming after him. If they will do it to him they will do it to you. Think about that when you vote this year.
