My name is Jeff Frailey and I’m chairman of a first-time rally called Rally In The Valley Warren Pa Bikes Blues and BBQ. We have a ride that goes across the Kinzua Dam at the Allegany Reservoir on Rt59 in northern Pa. we charge $25 per bike and to have at least 1000 bikes with 100% of this money going to our veterans.
